Creating a culture for learning is an intentional and thoughtful orchestration that happens in every classroom where deep learning is being fostered. Every school building requires the same thoughtful orchestration as our best classrooms, especially if we want our learning culture to thrive. As school leaders, it is up to us to model our expectations of culture and intentionally create opportunities for teachers to collaborate, grow and learn from each other. In this session, we will explore the opportunities that school leaders can leverage in order to create a thriving building-wide learning culture. You will leave this session with a few examples and strategies that you can take back to your context and start shaping culture right away.
