Assistant to the Superintendent for Elementary Education, South Fayette
Since 2015, Stephanie DeLuca has worked at South Fayette as a STEAM teacher, Curriculum Coordinator and Assistant to the Superintendent for Elementary Education. Prior to her arrival at South Fayette, she taught in integrated, project-based learning environments focused on making thinking visible and using human-centered design techniques. Stephanie creates opportunities for teachers to learn about and apply innovative instructional methods for deeper learning outcomes in many different contexts. From courses at South Fayette’s summer institute to learning-centered hands-on workshops at regional and national conferences, these experiences are often co-created experiences designed and implemented through content-specific partnerships.
