As leaders in the field of education we are tasked with the challenge of building a culture of learning to prepare students and teachers with the knowledge, skills, dispositions and experiences for the future of work in the changing global economy. This may sometimes feel like an overwhelming task but you have support and a network of leaders to draw from. In this session, Dr. Ralston and Dr. Lockette will take participants on a journey, outlining the tools, lessons learned, and products of their work leading the Avonworth School District and South Fayette School District.
